Incredibly professional staff from night shift, had fun stay. The hotel had a central position just off Very close to restaurants and infinite restaurants / cafes.
Wi-Fi connection was slow, made me a little nervous.

Liked this brand-new hotel: outstanding food and caring staff. Our suite was well decorated with an exceptionally good view of palm trees and the sea. The beds were super and the breakfast was reasonably good.

Staff was polite and helpful throughout our stay.
The air conditioning unit in our room was broken, leaving us shivering day and night. The noise from the street was unbearable, especially when nightlife spilled onto the streets until the early hours. Wi-Fi was practically useless.

Oh, how quaint! If i wanted to wake up to angle grinders, i'd set my alarm. Not to mention, when i requested a room upgrade, you'd think i asked for the moon. It's like i didn't even exist, absoluteley disappointing.

Spacious rooms, delicious breakfast, with a good variety of food, made our experience enjoyable, while the friendly staff was always ready to assist with any request.

Noise levels from the road can be intrusive, especially between 1-4 am when rowdy nightlife spills out. The Wi-Fi connection is slow at peak times, and the breakfast lacks variety, feeling a bit repetitive over a longer stay. Issues like inconsistent cleanliness-sheets and floors not cleaned daily-and a fridge that's too small for storing groceries leave much to be desired. Problems with the electronic key system can be frustrating, with some guests reporting difficulties accessing their rooms.
